Hair Theives?

In a world where we have to worry about serious things like war, poverty, rape, murder, and famine, I have to smile at the newest problem facing women in Myanmar.

Men are sneaking up behind them and cutting off their long hair for sale on the black market.

Women in that part of the world frequently have waist or knee length hair and wear it pulled back, making it easy for someone to sneak up behind them with some scissors and...well...take it.

Apparently the hair goes for between $320 and $400 per 3.5 lbs.

My advice? Ladies of Myanmar - invest in some hats!!
